Slow Cooker Kiebasa and Veggies
Ingredients:
- Water (just enough to coat bottom of slow cooker)
- 1 stick butter
- Polish Kiebasa
- Potatoes (4-5)
- Carrots (3)
- Seasoning (I used a sprinkling of garlic powder, Lawry's Seasoning Salt, and pepper)
- Optional vegetables: frozen corn, frozen green beans, onion
Directions:
Put just enough water in the bottom of the crock pot to cover it. Melt butter into this water. Peel potatoes and carrots during this time. Slice Kiebasa in approx. 2 inch sections. Put Kiebasa slices, potatoes, and other veggies into the pot. Sprinkle with desired seasonings.
Cook on High for 2 hours or Low for 4 hours.
Servings: 4, but can add more keibasa
Time to Prepare: 15 minutes prep, 2-4 hours to cook

I just threw this in the pot yesterday and was excited and how tasty it turned out to be. It was super easy and quick so I'm sure I'll make it again.

Betsy - Very easy recipe. I added no spices, used 5 Tbs butter instead of a whole stick and cooked it 5 1/2 hrs on low and it turned out great too.
