Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Ingredients:
Meatballs:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 3 slices bread
- 1/2 onion
Sauce:
- 16 oz tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 t onion grated
Directions:
Roll meatballs together and brown. Heat sauce and add cooked meatballs. Simmer for 1- 1/2 hours.
Time to Prepare: 30 minutes plus cook time

You can also put these in the crockpot on low all day. Can be easily doubled to feed company!

Julie - This is a GREAT recipe and has been a hit with my family and with my friends' families! (I like to use frozen, ready to heat meatballs and save time!)
Joanie - This was a good recipe and I don't usually like red meat. I was a little concerned about the amount of vinegar, but this tastes really really good. I'll have this one again.
