Mozart Mozzarella
Ingredients:
- 10 oz lean ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 c chopped mushrooms
- 12 oz tomato sauce
- 3/4 c shredded low-fat cheddar
- 3/4 c shredded low-fat mozzarella
- 4 oz tube of reduced-fat cresent rolls
- oregano
- basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 T low-fat sour cream
- parmesan cheese
Directions:
Brown meat with onion. Add tomato sauce and salt and pepper. Add any other of your favorite spices. SPread in a small casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheeses. Lay out cresent rolls and spread 2 T of sour cream on each. Sprinkle with oregano and basil. Roll and place on top of cheese in casserole dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until rolls are browned.
